We’re getting married! We, not-so-little David and our families are so excited for you to join us on this special day in this magical place that Greeks consider the island of love. We got engaged in Milos in the summer of 2023, and it quickly became one of our favorite places on earth. It’s truly heaven - we’ve never been happier than in the sun, sand, and water on this little Greek island. That’s why we chose to go back with our closest family and friends and become husband and wife in this place we have come to love so much. Get ready to meet us in Milos! We can’t wait to see you all there.

Welcome Party

Sunset Cocktails & Hors d’Oeuvres

Utopia Caffe, Plaka Village
Welcome to Milos! Let’s get together for a sunset cocktail party before the wedding day to celebrate your arrival. Please make your dinner reservations for this evening later than your usual, around 10 or 10:30pm. Don’t worry, Greeks eat very late, so restaurants will be open. We suggest one of the many delicious restaurants in Plaka, all just a few steps away from the party location. Go to our Trip Planner page for our restaurant suggestions!
GETTING THERE
Drive your own rented car to Plaka Village, walk or get a taxi to take you depending on your starting location. there are a couple of public parking areas. Be aware that they tend to fill up quickly and you may have to park further away, and the main village is only accessible by foot after a certain spot. The village contains mostly slightly steep walks up and down a hill, so plan accordingly!
Wedding Day

Wedding Ceremony & Reception Party
Kipos Restaurant, Kipos Beach
Guest Arrival - 6:00 pm
Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Kipos Restaurant, a typical Greek taverna located on a cliff with stunning ocean views and delicious local food. Put your (comfy) dancing shoes on and come dressed in your best Seaside Chic / Formal looks. Remember, it’s an island and it’s going to be hot and possibly a little windy, so plan accordingly. We want to see bright colors, patterns, and textures - have fun with it and get ready to party with the newlyweds. We can’t wait!!
GETTING THERE
Please plan your own transportation to the wedding venue either by car or taxi. Kipos is a more remote area of the island, so walking there is really not an option.
We strongly encourage carpooling and arranging a taxi ahead of the wedding day.
For the convenience of our guests, we have arranged a van to do 3 trips back to Plaka Village after the reception party: 1st ride at 12:30am, 2nd ride at 1:30am, and last ride at 2:30am. Due to the small dirt roads, the van is small and only seats 8 guests for each ride, so not everyone will have the opportunity to do this option. For all others who need a ride back to their accomodations, we will help order taxi's if needed, but having a driver (private or taxi) or your own vehicle is extremely helpful.
Please keep the roads and rugged terrain in mind if you are going to drive your own vehicle, and please do not drink and drive. If you have any questions, please reach out to us!

Get Some Vitamin Sea With the Newlyweds
Noon to 4ish
Plathiena Foodies Beach Bar, Plathiena Beach
Come play at the beach with us and cure your hangover if you’re still around! Plathiena has a great beach bar with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and food and drinks for you to choose from and purchase at your leisure. You can find us lounging and swimming in the beautiful blue water for a few hours here to reset after the wedding fesivities. This is a completely optional beach day, but please send us a note in your RSVP letting us know if you plan on attending. Either way, don’t worry! You’ve already spent our special day with us, so we understand if you can’t make it. Thanks for coming and safe travels home!
GETTING THERE
Drive your car or ATV to the beach, or arrange for a taxi to take you! There is plenty of parking!
